The company says it is looking to take ClariCare Inc.’s practice management optimization platform to other markets.
ClariCare’s platform features mobile and cloud applications to help optimize and manage critical functions at dental practice. It includes analytics suite that identifies and organizes patient data, a daily productivity and workforce tool, and a chair-side treatment plan presentation tool, along with additional enhancements.
Patrick Malloy, co-founder and president of ClariCare, says the acquisition will "provide an excellent vehicle to grow a successful business and also transition to other markets where we see similar business problems that our software can address."
True Nature Chief Operating Officer Louis DeLuca says the company will add Malloy to its senior management team to help drive strategy and product innovation. The acquisition is expected to close in October and remains subject to final approval from the boards of directors of both companies.
