Two Indianapolis-area CPA firms have joined forces. Donovan CPAs, which has offices in Avon and Indy, earlier this month merged with Indy-based La Rosa & Co. LLC, with the combined firm operating under the Donovan name.
Donovan and La Rosa & Co. have operated in central Indiana for 50 years and 45 years, respectively. Donovan said in a news release the merger is a great fit because of the firms’ compatibility.
“This merger will produce astounding results for our present and future clients because we are joining forces with a CPA firm that we know values excellence in all areas of business and strives to connect with each and every client they advise,” La Rosa Co. partners Mary Riggle and Neal Stegemiller said in a joint statement.
Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. Donovan said the merger brings more than 45 employees under one banner.
Donovan CPAs is the 22nd largest accounting firm in the Indianapolis area, according to IBJ research.
