Wildman Business Solutions announced last week it acquired Advantage Linen Supply of Ionia, Michigan.
A representative from Wildman declined to say the acquisition price, but the purchase brings Wildman’s headcount to around 430. Wildman says there will be no layoffs and that the Advantage Linen brand will be rolled into Wildman.
Advantage Linen had been using Wildman’s laundry services for its uniforms for the past 13 years, so the two companies had familiarity with each other. In a release, Wildman said former Advantage Linen owner James Barna will stay on as a First Aid Growth Route representative.
“We’re thrilled to … further help Michigan business leader succeed by keeping their teams and facilities clean, safe, and looking great,” said Wildman CEO Josh Wildman. “This addition furthers what we’re all about — wildly changing lives.”
Wildman makes clothing and provides other services for businesses. Those services include cleaning supplies, first aid kits and safety materials.
Wildman was established in 1952 and is headquartered in Warsaw.
