Indiana Michigan Power has named Schnee Garrett-Garcia (pictured) senior communications consultant. She will play a key role in disseminating information to South Bend/Elkhart and Michigan area media and the public. Garrett-Garcia is a veteran South Bend-area broadcast journalist and a graduate of Ball State University.

Maggie Beggs (pictured) has been named community affairs manager for the South Bend/Elkhart and Michigan areas. She will serve as I&M’s primary community and economic development contact in the South Bend and Michigan districts. Beggs, a 10-year veteran of American Electric Power, holds degrees from Muskingum University in New Concord, Ohio and Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio.

Also, Tirthak Saha, was named to Forbes Magazine’s "30 Under 30 – Energy" for 2018. He is a grid modernization engineer.
