Subscribe NowThe Indiana Manufacturers Association, the long-time advocate for small and large manufacturers throughout Indiana, has named Malika Butler government affairs and communications specialist. She has varied experience in the governmental affairs field. Butler previously served as manager of political affairs at the Indy Chamber of Commerce and as a government affairs associate with Gubera Public Affairs LLC. Additionally, Butler served as a legislative assistant for the Indiana House of Representatives and field manager for the House Republican Campaign Committee while at Indiana University.
She serves as VP of programming and professional development for the Young Professionals of Central Indiana board, is a member of the Indiana Leadership Forum Class of 2018, served as a delegate for the 2018 Indiana Republican State Convention, and is active with the Indiana University Alumni Association.
Butler will be working with IMA’s lobbying and communications staff, as well as taking on the administration of IMPAC, the Indiana Manufacturers Association’s Political Action Committee.
