OverDeliver, launched by IU grad Greg Sanders, says it expects to hire as many as 40 Indiana-bases sales representatives over the next two years.
“Expanding here is a natural fit, allowing us to continue delivering exceptional service to our clients while embracing the gritty ideals Indiana embodies,” said Sanders, who launched the company in 2021.
Sanders said while the expansion will initially focus just on hiring sales reps, the company aims to establish a physical presence in Indiana within three years.
OverDeliver’s expanding Indiana customer base includes Lafayette-based Subaru of Indiana Automotive, Red Gold in Elwood, Elkhart-based Patrick Industries and MasterBrand Cabinets in Jasper.
The company also recently shipped the first golf carts from Bintelli’s new assembly and distribution facility at the River Ridge Commerce Center in Jeffersonville. South Carolina-based Bintelli announced earlier this year plans for a $4 million investment in its first Indiana facility and the creation of nearly 70 jobs.
“Expanding OverDeliver’s operations in Indiana allows us to meet with our customers on a regular basis to address their supply chain needs along with offering cost effective solutions,” said Hunter McDowell, OverDeliver’s director of business development.
