The veteran-owned company is sourcing its new custom bottles from Anchor Glass, located in Lawrenceburg after running into supply chain challenges.
Hotel Tango says it previously used stock bottles produced in Italy.
“The timing has been very serendipitous– our long-term goal was always to have our own custom bottle produced right here in the United States,” says founder Travis Barnes.
The distillery says the new bottle was designed with the help of Indianapolis-based marketing agency Young and Laramore. It is intended to resemble a canteen or flask, paying homage to Barnes’ time in the military.
Anchor will be producing about 400,000 bottles for Hotel Tango in the coming year.
“Consumers can expect to start seeing bottles hit the shelves soon and we are ready to meet the typical holiday rush,” said Hotel Tango Distillery President Nick Ladig.
