Tim Healy, who currently serves as the firm’s chief operating officer, will succeed Phair.
Holladay says it has been “very busy in the development area” and has $100 million of activity planned in each of the next two years. As chief development officer, Phair will manage the renovations, ground up development and substantial rehabilitations launched by the company.
Healy has served Holladay Properties for nearly 20 years and the majority of that time was spent leading the comapny’s Portage Office. He has served as COO since 2017.
“For the past 20 years John Phair has been my friend partner and mentor and he has had a profound effect on me. I want to thank him so much for that,” said Healy. “I am excited to carry on John’s legacy and the Holladay legacy.”
