The Indiana Department of Veterans Affairs has promoted Joy Grow to superintendent of the Indiana Veterans’ Home in West Lafayette. She has been serving in an interim role since March. 

Grow has held other positions within state government including in the State Personnel Department and the Department of Natural Resources. For the last five years, she has served as chief counsel for the IVH. Grow completed her undergraduate degree at Ball State University and received her law degree from Michigan State University.
