Forbes ranks ‘Best Banks’ in Indiana

Forbes has released its 2022 ranking of “America’s Best Banks in Each State.” The publication says the list was compiled from surveys of customers, who rated the banks based on branch services, digital services and financial advice.
Forbes and market research firm Statista surveyed about 26,000 U.S. consumers who were asked to rate banks at which they have or have had checking accounts.
“This award is special because it truly reflects how we serve our communities consistent with our ‘Helping you prosper’ service approach,” said First Merchants Chief Executive Officer Mark Hardwick. “We’re focused on genuinely helping our customers prosper by effectively responding to the needs of businesses, organizations, and people across the diverse communities we serve.
