Subscribe NowClarksville-based First Savings Bank has appointed Derrick Jackson senior vice president and chief credit officer. He has been in banking for 19 years and has experience in the areas of Branch Management, Commercial and Consumer Lending, Credit Risk Management and Credit Training. Jackson earned his degree from Centre College, Danville, Kentucky, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
He is currently an instructor at the Wisconsin Graduate School of Banking and the American Bankers Association National Lender School. Jackson formerly served as an advisory board member for the American Bankers Association’s National and Graduate Lender School as well as their Commercial Real Estate Lending Conference, in addition a former board member of Wayside Christion Mission. His other community involvement includes Habitat for Humanity and Northeast Christian Church.
