Federal Hill Apartments will include 220 apartment units in three buildings, more than 31,000 square feet of commercial space and 210 public parking spaces.
A groundbreaking ceremony will be held on the market plaza pad west of Federal Hill Commons at 1 p.m. Friday. Justin Moffett, chief executive officer of developer Old Town Companies, will join Noblesville Mayor Chris Jensen to turn dirt on the site.
