Evansville real estate firms combine through acquisition

SVN | The Martin Group operates out of offices in Evansville, Indianapolis and Louisville. With the acquisition, the firm’s headcount grows to 31 employees, including nine from Summit that are transitioning to the team.
CEO Steve Martin said the firm is primed for growth and expansion throughout 2024 and 2025 in all of the markets it serves. The firm noted the acquisition will enhance its ability to deliver services such as real estate brokerage, property management, and economic incentive procurement.
“The integration of these two esteemed organizations will be seamless, thanks to our shared values and vision,” Alex Martin, vice president of property management, said in a news release. “Our combined strengths will allow us to leverage the extraordinary tools and national exposure offered by the SVN Network, ensuring that we continue to meet and exceed the expectations of our clients.”
