Maryland-based portable diagnostic services provider TridentCare has acquired Midwest X-Ray Inc. in Evansville. TridentCare says the deal represents significant growth for the company in Indiana, Illinois and Kentucky.
Midwest X-Ray provides mobile imaging and cardiology services, including X-ray, ultrasound, echocardiography, and sleep studies.
TridentCare Chief Operating Officer Jeff Hooper says the Midwest team members will be joining the company.
“Combining the operational strengths and commitment to quality patient care and outcomes will result in the expansion of much needed service offerings in these markets,” Hooper said in written remarks. “We are excited to work with a great group of people who share our common goal and commitment to providing quality care to patients wherever they are. This is a win-win for both organizations as well as care facilities and their residents, and we look forward to providing seamless service.”
Financial details of the deal are not being disclosed. TridentCare declined to provide more information on the acquisition in an email to Inside INdiana Business.
