Nunning Heating, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration has been acquired by Tennessee-based Flow Service Partners, though financial terms of the deal are not being disclosed.
Nunning is a family-owned company founded in 1978. The company said Monday with the acquisition, it will be able to leverage Flow’s resources to accelerate growth.
“We are delighted to join the Flow family,” Nunning President John Aimone said in a news release. “This partnership will enable us to expand our service offerings and reach more customers while maintaining our commitment to quality service.”
Flow is an HVACR and plumbing services company that operates in six states, including Indiana and currently has about 350 employees. The company did not state whether any jobs at Nunning would be negatively affected by the deal.
