Elkhart truck accessory manufacturer names new president

The company announced last week that Nando Zucchi will take over the roles after serving as president for three years at Wisconsin-based outdoor recreation company Pacific Cycle, where he led growth into the e-commerce sector.
“I’m very excited to join the LEER team to help promote innovation, strategy and product development, while strengthening our relationships with truck owners and industry partners,” Zucchi said in a news release.
Zucchi is replacing interim president Larry Colestock. A company spokesman said they did not have details on who previously served as president of Leer Group and why they stepped down. Colestock will not stay will the company, the spokesperson said.
Leer Group has about 1,400 employees across nine North America manufacturing plants. The company specializes in the production of fiberglass and aluminum truck caps, as well as truck covers, cargo doors and more.
