Easterseals Northern Indiana hires new CFO

Easterseals Northern Indiana has named Lichelle Boyd as the disability services not-for-profit’s new chief financial officer, the organization announced Monday.
She enters the role with 25 years in finance, health care and leadership. She is a U.S. Army veteran and a member of the Financial Executive International chapter in Fort Wayne, INARF and HFMA. She will oversee accounting teams and provide financial strategic guidance for the organization.
“Easterseals has unique strengths, a strong business model, and a proud history,” Boyd said. “I look forward to working alongside the executive team to execute on the company’s priorities, accelerate growth, and enhance the client experience.”
She joined the organization July 17.
Easterseals Northern Indiana is the parent not-for-profit of Easterseals Arc of Northeast Indiana and Cardinal Services.
