Employers in Indianapolis, Greenwood and New Albany are the fastest-growing private companies in Indiana on a national ranking. A total of 67 Hoosier businesses are in this year’s Inc. 5000 class, 13 of which have been included five or more times. Greenwood-based The Garrett Companies ranks first in Indiana and 210th in the country.

The annual list ranks companies based on percentage of year-over-year revenue growth. Number one in the country is Skillz, a $54.2 million, San Francisco-based software company that grew by more than 50,000 percent over the last year. Industries represented on the list range from advertising and marketing to travel and hospitality.

Indianapolis-based SupplyKick LLC ranks third in Indiana. Chief Executive Officer Josh Owens says "I’m thrilled that SupplyKick is honored as part of Inc.
