Denver Company Buys Indy Healthcare Management Firm

Indianapolis-based Solutions Healthcare Management has been acquired by Pinnacle Healthcare Consulting in Denver. While financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, Pinnacle says the deal creates one of the most comprehensive physician advisory companies in the country.
Pinnacle says Solutions’ owners Todd Hoopingarner, John Murphy, and Jeff Bills will maintain ownership and transition to Pinnacle Healthcare Consulting. Bill will serve as chief technology officer for Solutions’ Cloud Proven Networks, and Mary Reeves will lead Solutions’ revenue cycle services as chief revenue officer.
“The consolidation within all areas of the healthcare industry provides a natural platform for uniformity and coordination between trusted advisors like Pinnacle and Solutions,” said Hoopingarner, who also serves as president of Solutions Healthcare Management. “This will enable us to optimize new opportunities impacting the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of patient care I have known the Partners of Pinnacle for over 12 years We look forward to tapping into their vast expertise to elevate services we provide.”
Hoopingarner says access to a wider client base will allow the firm to hire additional staff in Indianapolis.
Solutions provides practice management services, including patient care reporting, full revenue cycle management for professional billing, and a private cloud platform. Pinnacle provides a host of financial valuation and compliance services to healthcare organizations, including hospitals, health systems, and medical practices.
