DEFENDERS has promoted Robert Freeman to chief operating officer. He will lead the sales, field services and customer experience organizations. Freeman ensures these teams are properly focused and working closely together to deliver on DEFENDERS’ operational, financial and strategic goals while maximizing value for team members, customers and ADT. 

Also, Bart Shroyer has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer. He will head the finance, accounting, ADT relationships, information technology and legal/risk teams. Most recently, Shroyer served as chief financial officer.
