She joined the firm in 2014 as a senior art director. Eight months later, Clements was promoted associate creative director.
Eric Gray has been promoted to Associate Creative Director – Gray has been promoted from Art Director to Associate Creative Director. Gray is instrumental in branding work for a variety of clients.
Jared Plew has been promoted to associate creative director. He has been with the firm for three years.
Kara Shaw has been promoted to vice president of accounting. Previously, she held the position of senior business manager. Shaw has been working in the accounting department for the last 30 years.
Dustin Thompson (pictured) has been promoted to vice president of digital engagement. He previously served as director of digital engagement. In his new role, Thompson oversees ideation, content creation and measurement for the agency’s social media clients.
The firm has also hired Caroline Cox as digital engagement strategist. She previously served as marketing coordinator at Newfields, where she was instrumental in launching the museum’s rebrand effort. In her new role, Cox will manage social and digital media strategy and planning for her clients.
Amanda Fruland has been named PR account executive. She has spent nearly a decade working at in the beer and wine industry as communications manager at Monarch Beverage. In her new role, Fruland will manage national media launches, lead communications strategies and engage with local, regional and national reporters.
McKenze Rogers has been hired as account supervisor. She has more than 12 years of experience in marketing, communications, advertising, sales and public relations. Prior to starting at CVR, Rogers worked as marketing manager at Cook Regentec.
