Conexus names 2023 Rising 30 honorees

The program recognizes 30 young professionals who “exemplify leadership and innovation” in the state’s advanced manufacturing and logistics sector “and are poised to become Indiana’s future industry leaders.”
Rising 30 was launched in late 2020, with the first cohort being unveiled the following year.
Conexus, the state’s advanced manufacturing and logistics initiative, said the honorees are being celebrated for their early-in-career accomplishments. This year’s group represent a variety of professions at companies throughout the state, ranging from local startups to major industrial corporations.
“The young professionals named to this year’s Rising 30 are setting new standards for Indiana’s advanced manufacturing and logistics sector,” Fred Cartwright, president and CEO of Conexus Indiana, said in a news release. “Learning about their accomplishments and ambitions made me more optimistic than ever about the future of advanced manufacturing and logistics in Indiana.”
Conexus said this year’s honorees will spend the next year working with the organization as thought leaders on subjects such as emerging technology, smart manufacturing, public policy and talent development.
The 2023 honorees are:

- James Coppock – Packaging Reduction Specialist, Subaru of Indiana Automotive (Lafayette)
- Ashley David – Product Marketing Manager, Endress+Hauser (Greenwood)
- Julia Dodson – Manufacturing Quality Engineer, Honda Indiana Auto Plant (Greensburg)
- Riana Dozier – Manufacturing Engineer, Goodwill Commercial Services of Central and Southern Indiana (Indianapolis)
