Community First Bank of Indiana has promoted Monica Gramelspacher to chief financial officer and Aaron Yoars to vice president, IT operations manager. Gramelspacher most recently was controller and holds a bachelor’s degree from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Yoars most recently was a senior network engineer and holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University.
