The website, CNBC Make It, spotlights 50 schools that provide students the highest average salaries for their tuition dollars.
Purdue is ranked 4th of all public universities in the U.S.

CNBC Make It says while many schools are planning to bring some students back to campus this fall, there is no guarantee that students will receive the traditional on-campus college experience.
The business network says as tuition costs continue to rise at most colleges, students and their families may ask is this college worth the cost.
For its ranking, the news site divided the average net cost of a school for the average American student, including tuition, fees, books, supplies and scholarships, by the average earnings of graduates 10 years after entering the workforce.
The average annual net cost for in-state students is $9,342. For students in that bracket, the family income ranges between $48,001 and $75,000. The median salary for alumni with 10+ years of experience: $110,000.
