IMCU says it will retain the whole All Seasons staff. Customers of All Seasons will have access to the services available at 25 central Indiana IMCU locations.
Chief Executive Officer Ron Collier says "we are pleased to welcome Carrier Corporation employees and All Seasons Federal Credit Union members to our family. Credit unions were founded on a people helping people philosophy. Assisting these employees through an extremely difficult time was the right thing to do."
Early this year, Carrier’s parent, Connecticut-based United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX), announced it was shipping manufacturing jobs at the Indianapolis plant and Huntington-headquartered United Technologies Electronic Controls Inc. to facilities in Mexico. The move is expected to affect 2,100 Indiana workers.
All Seasons was launched in 1969 as Bryant Employees Federal Credit Union. The All Seasons name came along in 1989. Indiana Members Credit Union touts itself as the largest credit union in central Indiana.
