Centier Bank has appointed Scott Norman vice president of business banking in the greater Indianapolis market. He has spent 25 years working in the banking industry. Norman most recently served as a business banker at another financial institution for the past seven years. He is an alumnus of Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
