Niche.com’s 2018 Best Places to Live list gave Carmel an A+ grade for its schools, jobs, housing, health and fitness, and family life.
Niche considered several factors in their rankings, including higher education rate, cost of living, housing, schools, diversity, crime and other aspects of neighborhoods. Fishers was the second highest ranked Indiana community on the list, at no. 17. Zionsville ranked as the 3rd best Indiana community in which to live, at no, 149, Glendale appeared at no. 154, and North Central rounded out the Indiana top five communities, at no. 217.
