Butler Appoints Director of Health Services

In her new role, she will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of Health Services, providing critical support to student health and well-being. She will collaborate with University administration, Student Affairs colleagues, the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Department of Athletics, and other key campus and community health partners while managing the daily operations of the health clinic, including supervision of the clinical and administrative staff.
Gardner comes to Butler from Forefront Dermatology, where she has served as regional clinical manager since 2020. She previously held leadership positions with Syneos Health and Indiana University Health’s Riley Hospital for Children.
She earned a Master of Health Administration degree from Indiana University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Marian University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Indiana University. Her additional credentials include American Organization of Nurse Leaders Certification in Executive Nursing Practice; Registered Nurse License – State of Indiana; Green Awareness Lean Certification; and Northwestern University, Kellogg Graduate School of Management Leadership Executive Program.
