Bru Burger Bar expanding to Fort Wayne

A popular burger restaurant is expanding its statewide footprint. Our partners at WPTA-TV report Bru Burger Bar will open a new location at The Landing in downtown Fort Wayne this summer.
The restaurant will take over the former Gnometown Brewing Co. location at 118 W. Columbia Street. A specific opening date was not provided.
“We are thrilled to welcome Bru Burger to The Landing,” The Landing Community Coordinator Lindsey Corwin told WPTA. “Given the success of Marquee, we are confident this will be the perfect addition to our vibrant block.”
Bru Burger Bar is owned by Indianapolis-based Cunningham Restaurant Group. The restaurant was recognized at one of the 100 best burgers in the U.S. in 2022 by Food Network.
The Fort Wayne location will be the 11th Bru Burger Bar in Indiana. Other locations include Indianapolis, Evansville, South Bend, Lafayette and Bloomington.
