Groeller brings more than 15 years of healthcare industry experience to the role.
In northeast Indiana, Mista Lauber will serve as executive director. She will work on operations, performance and furthering community relationships in DeKalb, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben and Whitley counties.
Lauber began working at Bowen Health in 2014 as a rehabilitation services manager. She served as assistant county director in Plymouth and Warsaw before assuming the director position in Whitley County in 2019.
Bowen Health says it plans to expand its services in northeast Indiana and just added a new executive director role for Allen County.
Kylie Riecken, who previously worked as Senior County Director, is now responsible for operations, performance and furthering community relationships across the county.
“While part of the Allen County team will focus fully on ensuring our internal operations remain top tier, the other part will focus on our community,” Riecken said in a news release. “We will aggressively seek out those who need mental and physical health care the most and we will strive to remove all barriers to that care.”
