StretchLab, First American Title Insurance Co. and CPA and advisory firm, FORVIS will join the downtown Indianapolis district, adding hundreds of employees to the mix.
StretchLab, which is a one-on-one assisted stretch studio, will join Living Room Theaters and YogaSix in the building off E. 9th Street. Construction on the nearly 2,000-square-foot space will be completed by the end of this year.
First American Title will occupy 4,920 square feet of office space in the northeast corner of the Bottleworks Hotel Building off Bellefontaine Street. The title company plans to open its Bottleworks location in the first quarter of 2023.
FORVIS will join Lumina Foundation and Insight Global as tenants in the Phase II building, which is currently under construction at the corner of Massachusetts and College Avenue. FORVIS will occupy nearly 50,000 square feet throughout two floors.
With the addition of FORVIS, Wisconsin-based Geronimo Hospitality Group says the building’s office space is now over 91% committed.
“We’re excited to continue to see the strong interest businesses are having in the office spaces throughout Bottleworks District,” said Gavin Thomas, vice president of development for Hendricks Commercial Properties, which is developing Phase II. “These new leases will bring hundreds of new employees to Bottleworks and will have a major impact in our ability to attract additional retail and services to the District and surrounding neighborhoods.”
Bottleworks’ $100 million second phase includes additional buildings with ground floor retail, upper floor office space and access to a new integrated parking garage.
