Noblitt is former chair of Biomet’s Board of Directors and was a board member from 1977-2007. He also serves as chairman of orthopedic device manufacturer MedShape, Inc. and a board member with NICO Corporation. He also formerly served on the board of OrthoHelix Surgical Designs, Inc.
Noblitt earned a bachelor’s degree from Rose-Hulman in 1973 and was awarded an honorary doctorate in 1996. He and his wife, Nancy, also established a scholarship fund for Rose-Hulman students.
