Be Noble names new executive director

Melanie Kellogg, who previously served as community development planner for Region 3A in northeast Indiana, is now executive director of Be Noble Inc.
Region 3A is a development and regional planning commission for northeast Indiana. In her previous role, Kellogg was responsible for leading economic development, community development, transportation and housing initiatives, according to Be Noble.
Kellogg most recently served as a contract administrator for Ultra Electronics in Columbia City. She has also held leadership roles at nonprofits, including the American Heart Association in Fort Wayne and The Bowen Center in Warsaw.
Kellogg succeeds Gary Gatman, who resigned as executive director in October.
