Arbor Homes is now building in the Fredrick Farms community in Kokomo. The company says it has built more than 11,000 new homes in central Indiana since 1994 and builds more homes today than any other home builder, based on the number of housing permits issued in the state.
"After another year of steady growth we are excited to expand into this new market and look forward to meeting the needs of future home buyers in Kokomo," said Curtis Rector, owner of Arbor Homes. "To meet the need of Indiana home buyers, we will continue to look to stay ahead of the market and expand in both land position and products."
Last year, Arbor Homes expanded into Pendleton and Atlanta, Indiana. The Fredrick Farms subdivision has 28 home sites available and the company says new models will be completed soon.
