Anderson University has promoted Nathan Willowby to dean of the School of Theology and Christian Ministry. He previously served as assistant professor of theology and ethics.

Willowby earned his bachelor’s degrees in Bible and religion and business administration at AU, then went on to earn a Master of Divinity from Duke Divinity School. He later received his PhD in theology and ethics at Marquette University. In 2016, he returned to his roots and began teaching at AU.

Prior to teaching, Willowby was a Church of God pastor for seven years. He currently serves as the historian for the Church of God.
