The tech company, which first set up space in Indy in 2019, also plans to open new offices in Dublin, Ireland and Florianopolis, Brazil.
ActiveCampaign has developed a customer experience automation software platform. Earlier this year, the company secured a $240 million Series C round of funding, which it said would help open a new office in Indy.
ActiveCampaign says it is investing in the hubs and will offer a hybrid work model as a result of employee feedback. The company also says its teams have outgrown their existing spaces.
“Much like there is no one-size-fits-all approach to technology for businesses, there is also no one-size-fits-all work model for employees,” said Jason VandeBoom, founder and chief executive officer of ActiveCampaign. “That’s why we’re continuing to invest in our employees who want to work remotely, commute daily, or a combination of both. This investment in our employees is also an investment in our customers. We’ve selected the location of these hubs because we believe that having a strong presence in each region is crucial to the longevity of the ActiveCampaign business.”
Since opening its Indy hub in 2019, the company says its workforce has doubled and continues to grow. ActiveCampaign is expected to occupy the new space early next year.
