The Indiana Economic Development Corp. says the event will also celebrate the software company’s $120 million investment it received earlier this year.
The new headquarters is located near the Union 525, from where Greenlight Guru previously operated. The IEDC says the new location will allow the company to “accelerate product development efforts and rapidly expand its product capabilities across the patient-centric value chain.”
Chief Executive Officer David DeRam says the company’s employees have been operating remotely during the pandemic, but are returning to the new headquarters building, which can accommodate 180 workers. However, the company says it will maintain a hybrid work culture.
“Greenlight Guru was able to grow during a time when many businesses were struggling, which was critical for our customer’s success and the fight against COVID-19,” DeRam said in a news release. “Throughout the entirety of the pandemic, our team has continuously worked hard to support our mission of improving the quality of life. We are so excited to invest back into our employees and the Indianapolis community by providing them with access to our new headquarters.”
Greenlight Guru has developed a software platform to help medical device companies navigate the regulatory landscape. In a June interview with Inside INdiana Business, DeRam said the investment from Maryland-based JMI Equity would be used to further product development and add jobs.
Governor Eric Holcomb, Indiana Secretary of Commerce Brad Chambers and Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett will be on hand for the ribbon cutting event, which is scheduled for 5:30 p.m.
