Gary Shows Signs of Growth

After decades of economic decline, Gary, Indiana is beginning to experience signs of growth. Smartphone manufacturer Akyumen Industries is moving its California-based headquarters to the city, which will bring more than 2,000 jobs to the area. The new $300M Hard Rock Casino remains on schedule to open later in the year. Gary Mayor Jerome Prince has an update on these projects and many others in the pipeline.
