The 16 Tech Innovation District is one of the largest talent attraction, retention, and development opportunities in Indianapolis history. The $500 million project on the near west side hit a major milestone this week with a ribbon cutting to mark the opening of Innovation Building 1, one of the centerpieces of the 50-acre development. We spoke with CEO Bob Coy on the evolution of the project, how it will serve as a driver for attracting talent and its impact on the community.
