Ex-Offender Program Celebrating Milestone

A state program that helps place thousands of ex-offenders into jobs each year this week is marking its fifth anniversary. Herman Sadler, a Hoosier Initiative for Re-Entry client who now works for Westin Hotel in downtown Indianapolis, says the program has put him in a position to potentially buy a house and land a promotion in the next year.
