The chief executive officer from one of the country’s foremost biofuel trade associations, says the ethanol industry is a "big part" of the state’s economy. Indiana is the nation’s fifth largest producer of ethanol, a renewable, earth-friendly biofuel made from feedstock, primarily corn.
