Henry: GM Investment Sends a Message

Fort Wayne Mayor Tom Henry says the impact of a more than $1 billion investment by General Motors will extend well beyond the walls of the local assembly plant. He believes the investment shows Fort Wayne is becoming more of a "point of destination."
