Hollander joined Toyota in 1998 as a production control specialist. During his career there, he has been responsible for multiple leadership roles in production control, manufacturing and administration.
Hollander holds a master of science in strategic leadership from the University of Charleston and is actively involved in the community and serves on local and regional community boards in Indiana.
