The library says residents are encouraged to provide input through an online survey on what they need and want from IndyPL.
IndyPL says the survey seeks information such as residency, frequency of library use, satisfaction level of services, and kinds of resources used, among others.
IndyPL says citizen participation and self-assessment will generate a road map to better serve diverse populations and continue its commitment to childhood literacy and lifelong learning.
The survey is available in both English and Spanish.
The library says the confidential survey will be entered in a drawing to receive one $50 gift card. The deadline to submit a survey is July 31.
