The 55,000 square foot building will be constructed on the city’s west side and house approximately 150 employees.
Centra President and CEO Rick Silvers says the $18.5 million building will maintain their growth in Columbus. “We’ve been using every office space we have and then some. In 2016 we had to add additional leased office space to accommodate our team members. We’re already over capacity and with our current rate of growth, we needed to look for a more permanent solution.”
Centra already owned the property and the new headquarters will be built on the same campus as the existing headquarters. Ratio Design is working on the project, which is expected to be complete by early 2020.
