Rashedul "Richie" Abedin has joined McGuire Sponsel as a tax consultant, assisting the specialty tax and consulting firm on its research and development practice line. He will be responsible for assisting clients in claiming and substantiating their federal and applicable state research and development credits. His duties include taking qualitative information from clients and converting that information into quantitative data necessary for client research and development tax credit calculations.

Abedin previously served as a customer development manager at PoliticalBank. He was responsible for integrating mass texting applications, segmenting sales lead data and designing and developing product instruction guides. Abedin managed the 2017 PoliticalBank Customer Service Program, which produced actionable feedback from users.
