The company says Liberty Place at Lockerbie Square will include duplexes, townhomes and industrial lofts.
Litz says six so-called duplex "urban mansions" will start at $1.1 million each and span more than 3,000 square feet. The four townhomes, spanning more than 2,700 square feet each, will start at $800,000. The industrial lofts, listed at $500,000, are 1,400 square feet.
The company says Liberty Place at Lockerbie is the second of four major developments the company is working on this year in downtown Indianapolis. The company recently broke ground on Penn Row, a two-building row home development in the Herron Morton neighborhood. It plans to soon detail developments in the Fletcher Place and Fall Creek neighborhoods.
