PolicyFind has promoted Kristen Brown to director of operations. She joined the firm in 2015. Brown most recently served as lead insurance archeologist. She brings more than a decade of research and managerial experience in broadcast journalism to the field of insurance archeology. She has worn many different hats throughout her career, overseeing the editorial decisions across all platforms at WISH-TV in Indianapolis, managing the daily assignments for the entire news team and spear-heading breaking news coverage, all while coordinating the station’s sought-after internship program.

Brown has traveled the country, successfully documenting liability insurance programs on behalf of municipalities, manufacturers and dry cleaners. She continues to translate her expertise in source procurement and digital fact-finding, performing insurance research activities at a very high level, providing on-time execution of contracted performance goals.

Brown is a graduate of Ball State University.
