The Tribune-Star reports owners 200 South Sixth Street LLC are seeking a variance as part of plans to turn the 1930s-era building into a more than 40-unit residential property.
The Y building, says the publication, closed in 2006. In May, it was named one of the 10 Most Endangered Landmarks by Indiana Landmarks.
