The Grand Park Cup Soccer Tournament involves nearly 350 teams from Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri and Ohio.
The city says the third annual Grand Park Cup tournament will result in 2,100 hotel room nights in the Hamilton County region. The event involves 343 teams with players ages 8-15. It’s being hosted by the Indiana Fire Juniors.
"The large number of visitors to our city for an event of this size has a big impact on our local businesses," says Westfield Mayor Andy Cook. "Every year there are new tournaments that come to Grand Park, but for me the success of Grand Park is shown by the events that return year after year because those tournaments help Westfield ‘s tourism industry grow."
Games take place Saturday and Sunday. You can find more information by clicking here.
